Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 10-15 working days for dispatch and 2-3 Days of delivery depending upon the location.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

For Partial COD orders, the upfront online payment is non-refundable. For normal Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a COD fee is added to the order total and is non-refundable

No exchange, no return, no refunds and no alterations possible on sale/discounted merchandise.

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement, no later than that.
